Day 2 of 60:
I just started doing the Insanity Workout program, I guess its made by the same people that made P90x but involves less weight use and more cardio. I mean I see myself as a fit guy. I go to the gym and workout at least 4 times a week but I still wanted to try something new and add something new to the repertoire so I decided to try Insanity. I thought I was in good same but came to realize my cardio was that of a 70 year old lady and Insanity is really pushing me to my brink of pain but I love it! I’m gonna continue to do it every day until these 60 days are up and I shall post pictures of my progress along the way.
